Returns
We want you (and your dog!) to love your Bristle Buddy™. If you change your mind, you may return unused, unopened products within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

Please post returns at your own expense to:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty or becomes defective within 30 days, we’ll happily replace it or provide a refund. Please contact us via the contact form with your order number.

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and check the return.
