Welcome to Bristle Buddy™! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bristle Buddy Ltd. Bristle Buddy Ltd operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services.

By visiting or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNTS

To enter into a purchase contract you must be of age in your country of residence, in the UK this is age 18. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

Bristle Buddy™ is designed as an interactive dog toy that supports daily oral hygiene through tug play and brushing action.

  • It is not a medical device and is not a replacement for professional veterinary dental care.

  • We have made every effort to display product colours and images accurately, but differences in screens may alter appearance.

  • We may discontinue or update products at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS & PAYMENTS

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and payment clearance.

  • Your purchases are for personal/household use and not for resale.

  • Prices shown are in GBP and exclude shipping unless otherwise stated.

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders are typically processed within 2 days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Risk passes to you once the order has been transferred to the carrier.

SECTION 5 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • You may return sellable, unused products within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless faulty.

  • Faulty or defective products reported within 30 days will be refunded or replaced.

SECTION 6 – SAFETY DISCLAIMER

  • It is the full responsibility of the owner to assess suitability of use for their respective dog.

  • Always supervise your dog while using Bristle Buddy™. Not a self-chew toy, to be used with adult involvement at all times.

  • Inspect the toy regularly and replace if damaged or worn.

  • Not suitable for children.

  • Not suitable for dogs with damaged or loose teeth

  • Use only as intended: an interactive dog tug and dental support toy, not for vigorous tug play, not an 'indestructible' toy, forceful play may result in injury. If dog is clamping down or biting hard do not try to forcefully brush or pull toy from mouth. 

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Bristle Buddy™, its logo, and all related branding are trademarks of Bristle Buddy Ltd. All content on this website is protected by copyright and may not be used without our written permission.

SECTION 8 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bristle Buddy Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of our products or services. This does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 10 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
