Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Times & Costs

We currently ship within the UK. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier.

  • International Delivery: Delivery times and costs will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local delivery charges.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).

Missed Deliveries

If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful, it is your responsibility to arrange re-delivery or collection with the courier. Orders returned to us due to non-collection may incur re-delivery charges.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@bristle-buddy.co.uk. We will investigate with the courier and keep you updated.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes.

  • All orders must be delivered to a valid postal address.
